1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- The product must be returned with original packaging, labels, and invoice.
To avoid disputes, customers are advised to record a 360-degree unboxing video while opening the package.
Returns will not be accepted without an unboxing video in case of damage claims.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products after delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Personal care or hygiene products once opened
- Clearance or sale items

4. Refund Policy
- Cash refunds are not provided.
- Approved refunds will be issued as:
- Store Credit, or
- Replacement product
Refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
7. Damaged Package on Delivery
If the package appears tampered or damaged during delivery, please:
- Refuse to accept the package, or
- Record a video while receiving and opening the package.
