1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message with tracking details.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities / Towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.
- For other orders, shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking ID
- Courier partner details
You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email or SMS.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected locations across India.
Please note:
- COD may include an additional handling fee.
- Customers are requested to provide the exact amount during delivery whenever possible.
6. Delivery Issues

- Lost package
- Incorrect delivery address

7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address during checkout.
Wowcart is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
8. Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:
- Please record a video while opening the package.
- Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
This will help us investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
9. Compliance
Our shipping operations follow the guidelines under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, issued under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
